📦 When will my order ship?

All items will be shipped from Malaysia.

・For ready stocks: We ship within 3 business days after your order is placed unless otherwise mentioned.

・For pre-orders or custom pieces: Please allow up to 30 business days for your piece to be completed before shipping. Handmade magic takes time 🪡💘

🌏 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery time will vary based on your location and the courier. Estimated shipping time starts from the day the parcel is dispatched.

・Domestic (Malaysia): Estimated 3–5 business days from the date your order ships.
・DHL EXPRESS (International): Estimated 3-7 business days, depending on destination.
・Other Courier (International): Estimated 7–20 business days, depending on destination and courier.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may vary depending on the item(s) purchased and destination during checkout.

・Domestic (Malaysia): Local orders above MYR 500 will enjoy FREE local shipping (PosLaju).
・International (Singapore): Singapore orders above SGD 250 will enjoy FREE international shipping (Aramex).
・International (Rest of World): Orders above USD 350 will enjoy FREE international shipping, within our 14-Day Order Hold Policy.

⏳ Order Hold Policy

We understand you may wish to combine multiple purchases into one shipment.

・Paid orders may be held for up to 14 days from the order date upon request.

・Additional orders placed within this period can be combined into one shipment.

・Once the 14-day hold period has ended, your order will be shipped automatically. Any new orders placed after this period will be shipped separately.

・We reserve the right to refuse extended hold requests during busy periods, product launches, or limited releases.

🚚 Shipping Fee Adjustment

If your combined order total reaches USD350+ (international orders), you're eligible for FREE shipping.

To combine your orders:

・Please place your second order without making payment and contact us before checkout.
・We will verify your combined order total, remove the shipping fee from your second order (if applicable), resend a new payment link, then refund the shipping fee paid on your first order.

Shipping fees paid will only be refunded when:

・both orders are shipped together; and
・the combined order total qualifies for free shipping within the 14-day order hold period.

Shipping fees will not be refunded after an order has been dispatched.

🛒 Unpaid Orders

Unpaid orders are reserved for 24 hours⏰ from the time they are placed. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and all items will be returned to inventory without prior notice.

As many of our garments are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities✨, we are unable to guarantee item availability once an unpaid order has expired.

✉️ How will I get my tracking number?

We’ll send your tracking number to the email address you used at checkout once your order ships. 👉 Please check your inbox, spam, or junk folder — just in case it lands somewhere unexpected!

⏳ Shipping delays

Please note that we’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs, especially during holiday seasons. We’ll always provide a tracking number once your order ships 💌

📍Address issues

Make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Failed or refused deliveries returned to sender may incur additional charges payable by the recipient.

💰 Taxes & Duties

Any customs duties, VAT, taxes are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We’re unable to provide estimates, so we kindly ask that you check your local import regulations before placing an order.

Kindly note that countries such as China, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia and Canada may have stricter customs regulations, and additional charges are more likely to apply.
