Every piece — whether from our Velvet Spell (remake/vintage item) or All Day Fairy (www series) — is one-of-a-kind, handmade or curated with love. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the rare case of major issues.

✨ Please read carefully before purchasing:

・Double-check all photos, measurements, and condition notes before buying.
・Please allow for 1-3cm difference in size due to manual measuring.
・Vintage and remade pieces may have minor flaws or signs of wear — these are not defects, but part of the piece's history and charm ✧₊⁺

📦 Returns & Exchanges

・We do not accept exchanges.
・In special cases where a return is approved due to mispresentation, returns may be accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to facilitate a return/exchange.

・Items must be in original condition, undamaged, unwashed and in complete packaging to eligible for a return/exchange.

・Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
